We are family run beekeeping business owned by Alisa and Paul Poling, located in the beautiful mountains of Tucker County West Virginia.  With the help of our children and a few hard working friends, we are currently operating approximately 1000 hives of honeybees.  What started out as a hobby (with one beehive) has blossomed into a small business.

We offer honey in a variety of flavors, produced naturally by the bees.  The type of honey will depend on the location of the hive and the time of year that we extract the honey.

Currently available are:

Autumn Olive honey-mild honey, has a sight florial taste, very light in color.  Comes from the fragrant, white flowering Autumn Olive bush, which blooms in the spring.

Basswood honey-has it own distinct taste, a light mild honey with a llittle zing.  Made from the basswood tree blooms.  Aslo known as Linn Honey.

Tulip Poplar honey-darker rich honey.  Very nice, no strong taste.  Very good for cooking.  Nectar from the Tulip Poplar trees, that bloom in the spriing, make up this honey.
